Managing Director


Claire first joined FMG in 2017 as our Finance Director, and has since played a vital role in accelerating the company’s growth trajectory. Having now been appointed as Managing Director, Claire takes responsibility for directing and controlling the businesses growth whilst providing strategic guidance to the Board.

Prior to joining FMG, Claire held a number of senior finance positions across multiple sectors including telecommunications, logistics and travel & tourism, working on behalf of large brands including Sodexo and Bidfood. Claire remains a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

With strong knowledge of the business and a passion for success, Claire is committed to leading FMG on a continued journey of growth whilst delivering exceptional service and value for our customers, to maintain FMG’s position as a high-quality and innovative solutions provider of choice.

Sales Director


Andrew leads and defines FMG’s new business and marketing strategy, playing a vital role in ensuring FMG’s continued controlled growth and development into new markets. He has been widely instrumental in the expansion of FMG’s customer portfolio whilst reinforcing the company’s core proposition.

With 15 years’ fleet industry experience and repeated success leading ambitious projects to conquer new markets, Andrew brings a wealth of industry knowledge, commercial expertise and influential leadership to the Operational Board.

His results-driven, affable and collaborative working style ensures the key teams at the forefront of FMG’s customer relationships are highly-productive, engaged and passionate in their commitment to service delivery excellence.

Away from work, Andrew is a keen angler and exudes a passion for football which transcends the boundaries of supporting just one team.

Commercial Director


Dave plays an influential role in the development of FMG’s business strategy, ensuring FMG’s customer proposition remains market-leading. He leads the customer management teams, taking ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention.

Dave is a highly-skilled business leader with a wealth of experience within senior customer-facing roles. During a 20-year career in the Automotive sector, Dave held a number of senior leadership positions within Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Cox Automotive’s Manheim brand. Most recently he has lead complex development projects to deliver digital solutions to support the fleet and OEM market.

Dave has a passion for developing strong team engagement and, outside of work, channels this passion into community fundraising. Any remaining free time is spent with his family, playing golf or watching Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Operations Director


Having been with FMG since 2005, John joined the board in 2017 to lead and direct the business’ operational performance. John brings exceptional operational knowledge and experience to board-level, having consistently achieved impressive results through his resolute commitment to customer service excellence.

A qualified Change Management Practitioner, John plays a vital role in leading the evolution of FMG’s products and services, whilst continually seeking intelligent process improvements.

Innate leadership skills and a passion for relationship management enabled John to play a key role in FMG’s ranking in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For 2018’ survey.

Outside of work, John enjoys the exciting bustle of family life with his wife, young daughter and two dogs and makes an occasional trip to Hillsborough to watch Sheffield Wednesday play.

IT Development Director


Martin joined FMG in 2017, to lead the IT function in embracing new technologies whilst ensuring FMG’s data, systems and infrastructure remain market-leading.

Martin has 23 years’ experience in IT and brings considerable knowledge from the automotive sector, having been part of the team that launched WeBuyAnyCar.com. A highly experienced and influential leader, Martin is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society.

Martin’s role involves defining and implementing an innovative technology strategy to provide stable, secure and scalable technology solutions for our employees, customers and business partners.

Outside of work, Martin is a keen rugby fan, swimmer and cyclist.

Head of Insurance & Legal Services


Robin leads the management of FMG’s Insurance and Legal Services department, overseeing the daily operational delivery of outstanding service levels whilst concentrating on the long-term growth and strategic direction of the department. Robin has played a vital role in FMG’s growth in the insurance sector in recent years. With one eye firmly on the future, Robin analyses customers’ changing needs and identifies opportunities for innovation for the benefit of both new and existing customers.

Cert CII qualified, he brings over thirty years’ experience and vast knowledge of the Motor Claims Insurance sector to the FMG board, including 12 years with Aviva prior to joining FMG in 2006.

Outside of work Robin enjoys spending time with his family and walking his Cocker Spaniel. A keen golfer, Robin’s most memorable sporting moment was winning a BMW by getting a hole-in-one.
