FMG selected to minimise downtime for BCA Group fleet

Fleet Incident specialist FMG has been awarded a 3-year contract to provide company car incident management services to BCA, the UK’s used-vehicle auction house.

 

The deal will see FMG providing an end-to-end service including 24/7/365 first notification of loss and nationwide repair management to BCA’s fleet of 700 cars.

A bespoke online dashboard, tailored specifically for BCA’s data requirements and stringent SLA’s will provide real-time transparent progress updates together with intelligent analysis and presentation of their fleet incident data.

When incidents do occur, FMG’s approved network of high quality vehicle repairers carry out repairs to BS-10125, the technical quality standard for the process of vehicle body repair.
