FMG has established close working relationships with roadside repair and recovery operators throughout the UK, offering full geographical coverage and specialist services to our diverse customer base.
Our network of roadside repair and recovery supply partners is compliance - and performance – managed, and is driven by stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which are regularly reviewed.
We undertake a comprehensive audit on all supply partners on an annual basis. Carried out by the regional network manager, the audit covers all aspects of the supply partner’s business, including but not limited to: - certification to PAS -43, PUWER and LOLER (as applicable), appearance and signage of supplier premises, health and safety policies and procedures, compliance to legislation and environmental compliance; all of which are mandatory requirements. These reviews are also used as an opportunity for both parties to discuss customer requirements, vehicle developments, best practice, future initiatives and customer feedback; thus further developing our network in partnership, rather than at arms length.
