Non Fault Hire
Our non fault hire facility is specifically tailored to provide high quality and specialist support for non-fault incidents.
FMG have delegated deployment in place to instantly assess the claim suitability as soon as it is reported, as opposed to referring the claim for assessment. This ensures that a replacement vehicle is sourced and provided in the quickest possible timeframe, minimising driver inconvenience.
There are no hidden costs and every hire supplied is fully insured and includes CDW at no additional cost, with a full indemnity, safeguarding clients against any downstream risk. Drivers will not be asked to provide credit card details, as any hire supplied will be paid for by the at-fault third party directly.
Uninsured Loss Recovery
FMG have a dedicated in-house Uninsured Loss Recovery team who are experts in resolving cases, recovering over £1 million per month in uninsured losses for our customers.
Our team are relentless in the fair and reasonable pursuit of our customers losses and we are fully equipped to pursue any head of claim on behalf of our customers resulting from a non-fault or partial fault incident. We will not only pursue the straightforward clear cut cases, but cases where liability may be in dispute, and settlement has to be agreed on a ‘50/50 basis’ as an example.
Our ULR case handlers negotiate with third party insurers within hours of a claim being reported, as we have instant access to incident details through seamlessly integrated systems, and do not have any external flow of data as our ULR and First Notice of Loss (FNOL) teams are based within the same office.
Our team are able to obtain additional support from external sources including DVLA online, MIB online, MID and Aerial Imagery, and are confident and experienced when recovering aged cases.
