We do not pass any of your personal details to any third party service provider who is not directly linked to the repair or replacement of your vehicle. Information is only provided to third party suppliers (for example your insurance company, approved body shops, vehicle rental companies, etc.) as needed for them to support management of an incident.
In the event that you and your employer had given us express permission to seek compensation for any incident related injuries, our in house legal services division (FMG Legal LLP) would liaise with you directly to pursue a personal injury claim.
If you do receive a call which you suspect is not just a ‘phishing’ call, but clearly relates to an incident you were involved in, we would greatly appreciate your help in identifying the caller. If you are able to obtain any of the information below, please send it to us as soon as you can to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The telephone number they are calling from and / or give you to call back on
- The company name they are calling from, solicitor or any other referenced company
- How they obtained your contact / incident information
- Confirmation of any information / detail provided by the caller which is correct e.g. Date, Time, Registration, Make / Model, Incident Location, Third Party Information etc.
