Harvey returned to the FMG board in 2013, having previously worked for the company for eight years up to 2008. Harvey takes responsibility for leading FMG’s continued growth and further enhancing the customer service proposition.
Harvey is a passionate and enthusiastic individual with impressive and extensive industry experience. He has a track record of developing strong, collaborative relationships for shared business benefit and remains committed at all times to ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and value for customers.
Away from FMG, Harvey enjoys cycling, skiing and swimming. A self-confessed “petrol head”, Harvey knows the automotive industry inside out.
Having been with FMG since 2005, John joined the board in 2017 to lead and direct the business’ operational performance. John brings exceptional operational knowledge and experience to board-level, having consistently achieved impressive results through his resolute commitment to customer service excellence.
A qualified Change Management Practitioner, John plays a vital role in leading the evolution of FMG’s products and services, whilst continually seeking intelligent process improvements.
Innate leadership skills and a passion for relationship management enabled John to play a key role in FMG’s ranking in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ survey.
Outside of work, John enjoys the exciting bustle of family life with his wife, young daughter and two dogs and makes an occasional trip to Hillsborough to watch Sheffield Wednesday play.

Martin joined FMG in 2017, to lead the IT function in embracing new technologies whilst ensuring FMG’s data, systems and infrastructure remain market-leading.
Martin has 23 years’ experience in IT and brings considerable knowledge from the automotive sector, having been part of the team that launched WeBuyAnyCar.com. A highly experienced and influential leader, Martin is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society.
Martin’s role involves defining and implementing an innovative technology strategy to provide stable, secure and scalable technology solutions for our employees, customers and business partners.
Outside of work, Martin is a keen rugby fan, swimmer and cyclist.
Claire leads the financial management of FMG and plays a vital role in accelerating the company’s growth trajectory. Prior to joining FMG in 2017, Claire held senior finance positions across multiple sectors including telecommunications, logistics and travel & tourism, working on behalf of large brands including Sodexo and Bidfood.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, Claire takes responsibility for guiding FMG towards the achievement of critical operating and financial metrics which confirm FMG’s position as a high-quality and innovative solutions provider of choice.

Liz joined FMG in 2015 to lead the people strategy, ensuring that FMG attracts and develops the best talent to provide a world-class service to our customers. She defines and implements the approach to Recruitment, Learning and Development, Career Progression and Pay & Reward to ensure that FMG is a great place to work.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and qualified executive coach, Liz has 20 years’ experience in leading Human Resources and Learning & Development in a range of businesses from privately-backed SMEs to PLCs such as Hallmark and Ventura.
A former UK & Canadian Champion at tae kwon do, Liz now practices ashtanga yoga and swimming.
