In an exciting change to the way we work, we’re creating a nationwide automotive engineering team – Do you have the knowledge and passion to help us?  

Our newly combined office-based teams work across two sites, providing in-house technical support to our business and ensure service excellence from our network of vehicle repair partners.

We are expanding our office teams, but also have a flexible approach to work base for the right candidate with a choice of office or home-based possibilities ...

Who are we?

FMG and Auxillis are part of Redde plc. Operating from sites in Huddersfield, Peterlee and Bath we work with a range of corporate clients, motor groups and insurers, delivering exceptional services 24/7, 365 days a year to motorists across the UK.

We continue to grow rapidly and are eager to appoint five high-performing, exceptionally talented individuals. Our engineering teams work from hubs in Yorkshire and Co Durham, however we are a multi-site business with 25+ locations across the UK regions and have a number of stakeholders working in a home-based capacity.


  • Deliver the day-to-day relationships with our repair partners;

  • Manage a caseload of repair assessments, monitoring and evaluating the quality of estimates ensuring agreed quality & cost standards are met;


  • ATA/VDA, IMI or IAEA (or similar) accredited with a working knowledge of vehicle image estimating systems (e.g. Audatex);

  • Ideally, motor insurance or desktop engineering background however we are also eager to hear from those looking to move 'in-house';
