Huddersfield based FMG, the UK’s leading incident management and specialist roadside assistance provider, has been recognised as a centre for employment excellence and ranked at an impressive number 94 in the prestigious ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ guide.
The ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ is the most comprehensive survey of workplace engagement in Britain and is open to all businesses with between 250 and 4,999 employees. This year, the views of 360 FMG employees were gathered across key factors including Leadership, Personal Growth, Wellbeing and My Company to determine the rankings.
FMG’s people praised inspirational leadership within the business, with teams feeling extremely positive about their job and stating that they love working for the organisation.
FMG’s emphasis on its people being at the heart of the business is reflected in the company’s rankings, and demonstrates that employee engagement continues to remain high.
Mark Chessman, chief executive officer, commented: “We have always championed the importance of our people as a direct link to delivering excellent service for all of our customers, and so to be recognised within the definitive survey of employee satisfaction is a great achievement.”
“We are absolutely delighted to be ranked in the top 100. This is testament to the value that we place on our people and the positivity within our work place, which is evident whenever customers and partners visit us. FMG will continue to work hard to create new ways to support our people both personally and professionally.”
