The Motor Claims Sales team provides a comprehensive and proactive intervention service for our clients. The team are focused on identifying potential capture opportunities through accurate liability decision making and information gathering. The objective is to promote and secure the use of FMG’s services to maximise our capture rate. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and seamless claim resolution service.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for people who possess a strong work ethic, who are self-confident and are able to demonstrate an ability to overcome objections in a fast paced environment. In addition you should have excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. Part of this role will be to utilise the services of our supplier network wherever possible on appropriate claims and ensure instructions are clear. Accuracy and quality of work will be pivotal to your success.
