The Legal Services department deals with motor liability claims for our clients whether they are at-fault for the incident, not at-fault for the incident or whether there is a dispute over liability.
As an Insurance Services Team Leader you will be required to effectively manage, lead, coach and develop a team of claims handlers ensuring each claim is handled in a speedy and professional manner, according to the specific requirements of each client organisation, whilst maintaining a strong focus on operational targets; performance improvement; revenue maximisation and cost reduction.
